Absolutely no responsibility for loss or theft in the changing rooms, ballroom or hotel rooms can be accepted or assumed by the organizers or the NDCA. Neither can they be held liable for injury sustained by persons attending the Wisconsin State Dancesport Championships. All competitors must sign a release form. Everyone attending does so at his/her own risk.
Refund Policy
Full refunds will be given if notified by [April 15, 2020]. After this date, you will have the option of a 100% credit for the next year.

DANCE CATEGORIES, LEVELS, ELIGIBILITY and REQUIREMENTS
Age
- In a single dance and multi-dance championships, a student may dance their age plus challenge a lower age
Closed Categories (Bronze, Silver and Gold)
- The NDCA syllabus is used for all closed categories
- A student may only enter two dance levels. Example: If you are entered in bronze, you may dance all bronze and silver levels but may not enter gold or above
DCT Newcomer Scholarships
- Dancers Cup Tour Newcomer Scholarships are open to students who have never competed before
- Students are welcome to enter and compete in the DCT Newcomer Scholarships for ONE YEAR after their first competition
Pro/Am Scholarships
- A student may enter one age level in each style and challenge one age younger. Gentlmen may enter the Gentleman's Only events and the regular scholarship events
- Closed Scholarships
- To qualify for these events, the student must dance the same dances, levels and ages in single dance events (bronze, silver or gold)
- These events are closed bronze, silver and gold material
- In scholarships, a student may enter in only one age level in each style (the hightest level of their single dances) and may also challenge one age level lower.
- A student may dance both the "C" and "SR" ages
- Open Scholarships
- To enter you must dance the same number of single dance events
- A student may dance both the "C" and "SR" ages
Pre-Teen Clothing Restrictions
- Pre Teen (11 & Under) competitors are restricted in their costuming as per the NDCA rule book
